RPP Developments, together with Actis and other shareholders partnered to develop Baia Mall in Maputo, Mozambique.

Baia Mall is located on the beachfront facing Avenida da Marginal and is only 5 km from Maputo’s CBD and 5 km from Maputo International Airport.

The Mall boasts a total GLA of 30 500 m². The design makes provision for several major anchor tenants, including Premier SuperSpar, Woolworths as well as other local, national and international tenants.

The first floor constitutes a 150-bed hotel and a variety of restaurants which have magnificent views that overlook the ocean.
